AI will never replace authentic human interaction. Young people become achieving individuals through trusted relationships—being seen, heard, challenged, supported and given room to practice what comes next.

DIFFERENT SERVICES.
ONE COMMITMENT.

Be accessible. Be dependable. Treat people with respect. Show up for your community.

Whether supporting a young person one-on-one, collaborating with a school or building a group program, Achieving Individuals is grounded in connection, accountability and service.

01

YOUTH & FAMILY

Individualized support focused on skills, stronger choices, communication, self-regulation, independence and growth.

02

SCHOOLS & COMMUNITY

Education, coaching, writing workshops and community partnerships built around connection.

REAL SKILLS.
REAL LIFE.

Not every young person needs another lecture. Sometimes they need someone who can connect, slow things down and help them practice what comes next.

01

Respite Services

Reliable, relationship-centered support that gives caregivers needed time while keeping the young person engaged, safe and supported. Time together can include community activities, routines, skill practice and age-appropriate independence based on the family's plan and approved services.

02

Individual Skill Development

One-on-one practice that turns goals into usable everyday skills. Sessions can focus on communication, self-regulation, problem-solving, decision-making, conflict resolution, organization and greater independence at home, school and in the community.

03

Decision-Making & Problem Solving

Young people learn to slow the moment down: identify the real problem, recognize available choices, think through likely consequences and make a more intentional next move. The goal is not perfect choices — it is a stronger process for making them.

04

Anger & Self-Regulation

Support identifying triggers, noticing what happens before escalation, expanding emotional vocabulary and practicing ways to respond without shutting down or blowing up. Accountability remains part of the work without making anger the young person's identity.

05

Organization & Executive Function

Practical systems for schoolwork, schedules, appointments, personal spaces and responsibilities. Achieving Individuals helps break large demands into manageable steps and builds routines that make follow-through easier to repeat.

06

Communication & Conflict Resolution

Practice saying what you mean, listening before reacting, advocating for yourself and navigating disagreement without unnecessary escalation. Skills are applied to real situations with family, peers, teachers, coaches and other adults.

07

Life Skills & Independence

Age-appropriate skills that help young people function with increasing confidence: routines, responsibility, time management, money basics, transportation, appointments, community navigation, asking for help and handling everyday expectations.

08

Mentorship & Accountability

A consistent adult relationship built on trust, honesty and expectations. Achieving Individuals creates room to talk through what happened, what could happen differently and how to repair mistakes — while recognizing strengths and progress along the way.

Wisconsin Children’s Long-Term Support

CLTS SUPPORT
BUILT AROUND
THE CHILD.

For children enrolled in Wisconsin’s CLTS Program, services begin with the child’s goals, the family’s priorities and the support plan developed with the county support and service coordinator.

Achieving Individuals can discuss respite, daily living skill development, mentoring and community-based support needs that may fit the child’s approved plan. CLTS-funded services require county authorization and must be included in the child’s individual service plan.

WRITING
THAT
CONNECTS.

Achieving Individuals uses guided writing, storytelling and reflection as additional ways to connect with young people.

Sometimes it's easier to write it before you can say it.

Writing can become a doorway to reflection, confidence, communication and finding your voice.

Signature Program

WRITE IT OUT™

WRITE. REFLECT. CREATE. EXPRESS.

WRITE IT OUT™ uses guided writing, reflection and storytelling to help young people explore experiences, put language to what they are carrying and communicate more clearly. It is a youth-development program, not clinical therapy.

The program can be offered one-on-one or developed for schools, juvenile programs, nonprofits, youth organizations, summer programs and community workshops.

Potential focus: self-awareness · emotional vocabulary · communication · confidence · reflection · goal setting · storytelling · healthy expression
